These led to Detecting dark matter, a reflection on the limits of online searching; and a guide called How to decide what to publish in your Directory of community assets.
- Earlier work on why people ask for a copy of the MRI scan led to the publication of this paper.
- An old query about how employers ensure that their capability policy does not discriminate against disabled people finally got some exploration in Capability Adjusted.

- A self-assessment tool called CAIRO helps teams evaluate their culture of managing risk and supporting opportunity was developed some years ago. It is now available online free here.
